HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS from our team.
To track your parcel, use one of the options below:

If you have not received a tracking number within 2 working days of placing your order, contact us directly.

IMPORTANT
— Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
— Make sure the phone number you used when placing the order is active, as tracking updates are sent there.
— If your tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive your order, contact us immediately on WhatsApp.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day and delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
